Kathryn Lovelock is deputy group production lead for Bauer Media’s Gardening and Sport titles and production editor of Garden News.
A journalist for more than 30 years, she began her career as a reporter on a number of local newspapers across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Norfolk, working in differing roles that included news editor, chief sub and deputy editor.
Outside of work her passions include her pet labrador, music, holidays with her husband and gardening, with a particular love for hydrangeas and hostas! Whenever travelling or just on a day out, Kathryn will always take the opportunity to visit gardens, two of her favourites being the Botanic Gardens in Singapore but also the much closer-to-home Cambridge Botanic Garden, always looking for inspiration to bring back to her small plot in Cambridgeshire.
